Participation rules.

If a paper has more than one author, the registration of at least one author is sufficient for the paper to be presented. Registration of all co-authors is not compulsory. However, co-authors who wish to attend the conference and receive an individual certificate must register separately.

Certificates of Attendance will be issued only to registered participants who attend the conference.

Only papers presented by at least one registered author during the conference will be eligible for consideration for the available publication opportunities.

Participants must join their scheduled online sessions using the official access links provided in the conference program and the full name submitted during registration. Presenters are responsible for ensuring that they have a stable internet connection and properly functioning audio and presentation equipment. The organizers cannot be held responsible for disruptions resulting from participants’ internet connections, devices, software, or other technical issues beyond the organizers’ control.

Registration cancellations received on or before 30 June 2026 will be eligible for a refund, less an administrative fee of GBP 80.
